I am dedicated to supporting people through life’s challenges with compassion and understanding.
My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences, knowing they will be met with respect, empathy, and care.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
By tailoring each session to meet your unique needs, I work with you to build practical tools, develop new perspectives, and foster lasting change in your life.
I provide counselling for individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on:
-Anxiety, depression, and stress
-Relationship and family challenges
-Grief and loss
-Life transitions and personal growth
-Coping with chronic illness or pain
-Building resilience and self-confidence
Outside of counselling, I enjoy staying active by hiking and cycling, as well as spending quiet time reading or cooking. I also value time with family and friends, which helps me stay balanced and energized to support my clients.
